Pet Health Elexier can be bought from premium book (on top of LC bank) for 100CG.
Increases the pet HP cap by small amount, based on required taming skill of pet,
according to the chart here Taming Chart
You still need to allocate points into health.
It does not work on Bios.
There is a 50% chance of dropping from Ascended monsters.
You can add max. 10 Elexier to 1 pet.
Required taming skill x 0,5 = points you get on each Elexier.
