Pet Health Elexier can be bought from premium book (on top of LC bank) for 100CG.

Increases the pet HP cap by small amount, based on requiered taming skill of pet,

according to the chart here Taming Chart

It does not work on Bios.

There is a 50% chance of dropping from Ascended monsters.

Req. taming skill x 0,5 = points you get on each Elexier.
